"My name is Jocelyn. I was at work one day and a coworker and I was talking about buying houses. She was already in the process and I was procrastinating. She said call my realtor right now. She put his number in my phone and she said go outside and call him. I did just what she said for me to do. I talked to him and he told me what I needed to send him and when he looked over the information, he said we're going to meet. We met and we talked for a long time. I felt like I have been knowing him for years. When I tell you he's on his job, he will make sure you don't get in over your head. He will make sure you get only what you can afford. He's on time and a man of his word. While getting to know him, I can trust him with my home buying process. Guess what? I just put the deposit down on my new home.
